Stuffed Masala Omelette
Serving – 1 person
1)3 whole eggs
6)1 table spoon Garam Masala
1). First of all take 2 spoon of ghee in non stick. Keep it on flame for 1 min. Now add onions and Tomatoes and mix it well and let it be cooked for 2 min. Now add some chopped chillies as per your taste and add cumin seeds and after one min add 1 table spoon of garam masala. And your paste is ready to use.
2). Now break 3 eggs in a bowl. Whisk it properly. Add salt as per your taste. Mix it well. Now in non stick pan take 3 – 4 table spoon of ghee which is enough to cover the surface of non stick. Keep it for 2-3 minutes on stove. Now pour your whisked eggs on that pan and spread it properly so it covers entire surface of non stick. Now leave it for 2-3 minutes. And after that your surface will become little crispy. Now add your paste that you created in step 1 on this omlette and if you want you can also add cheese with that masala. Fold the omlette in half close the lid of that pan and leave it for 3-4 minutes.
