Here are 2 easy recipes for oat breakfast.

1. Almond Oats

Serving for 1.

Needed Ingredients:

      • ½ a cup of oats
      • ½ a ts of sliced almonds
      • 1/8 ts of cinnamon
      • ½ a cup of raspberries
      • ½ a cup of coconut milk
      • 1/8 ts of almond extract
      • 1 ts of shredded coconut
      • 1 ts of raw honey


Mix the cinnamon, raw honey, milk, oats , extract, and raspberries in a  jar. Stir the ingredients.Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight. It is good to keep it in the fridge for 2-3 days. Once you are ready to serve, add the almonds and coconut. Make sure to stir well then you can serve.

2. Banana and Peanut Butter Oats

Needed Ingredients:

  • ½ a cup of almond milk
  • 1 ts of unsalted nuts
  • ½ cup of oats
  • ½ a ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons of nut butter of choice


Pour the milk into a jar. Mix the peanut butter into the milk. Add oats and sliced banana. Mix the ingredients in order to combine them. Cover the jar and refrigerate it overnight. Next morning, stir the oats and add the almond milk. Add the nuts on top and serve.
